Traditional harvesting

 

This activity begins with a brief explanation of the basic concepts of managing the vineyard.

Then we put this newly-acquired knowledge to the test in a gymkhana, where you will pick grapes and tread them, before moving on to the last stage of the cava-making process: bottling.

You will design a label, fill a bottle with the must you have just made, and insert a stopper with a manual machine. We finish by offering you a well-deserved glass of cava..
